Apple just made available a major release of their MacOS codenamed MacOS Catalina (version 10.15). It is the sixteenth release of Apple’s Desktop Operating System for Macintosh computers. With MacOS Catalina we say goodbye to MacOS Mojave (version 10.14).

If you are a developer or love to run commands on Mac then you know how important the command line tools on Mac is. Just like with all new versions of MacOS you have to install command line tools to run commands. The good news is the procedure has not changed much across the various versions of MacOS
Installing Command Line Tool
Open your terminal, enter the following command and press the return key
The command above should open a window for you which looks like the image below
Click on Install to proceed with the installation of command line developer tools. Yes you have to agree to the licence agreement to continue with the installation
Final step is to click on the done button
